What if Fear is the most powerful resource for aligning you to your Authentic Truth?
Would you perceive the emotions of fear and anxiety as the enemy or as a call to action?
I have experienced my own unique journey with fear and anxiety,
often choosing to place the blame on external factors.
Yes, I also experience these feelings at times.
I am on this planet at this time to have a human experience.
A full and wholesome experience of what it is to be human.
Fully immersing myself in all aspects of that experience,
And there have been many painful experiences,
Which have facilitated my awakening,
I call them Gifts,
others may call them trauma.
I do believe that had I not experienced these situations from a young age,
I would not have awakened to the beauty of Spirit in all I see,
all those I work with, and all life.
In my experience fear is absent in the presence of Truth and Love,
And when I align myself to committed and powerful actions
I experience only Joy and Excitement at the prospect of change, new experiences, new beginning,
and at the prospect of just simply ‘Being’.
You may be asking yourself what brought me to this realisation.
Or – asking yourself is she Crazy!
I can only share my experience,
that it was through deep introspection, meditation, journaling,
and employing my first Coach,
one of the most valuable investments in myself,
one of the most valuable investments, and commitments to Self-Love,
which at the time I believed I couldn’t afford,
that I experienced the Breakthrough,
that I reconnected with my Spirit,
My dreams
and gave birth to the Woman I choose to be at this moment in time.
I am the woman willing to make mistakes and learn from them,
The woman committed to her own evolution,
And dedicated to working with others to ignite the fire that
Creates their own magnificent transformation,
Assisting them to see the light of all possibility within,
Empowering them to rise up and reclaim themselves,
Empowering them to live from a space of Love, Joy, and excitement,
Taking full responsibility for their choices, their Joy their Freedom.
And living life with connection to Spirit and Inner wisdom.
