My Story
Having forgotten who I was through years of social conditioning, beliefs, perspectives and judgements, I realised there was a lot of unlearning required to step into the essence of my Spirit and claim Truth, Love and Freedom.
Trying to fit the mould of perfection – perfect balance, perfect woman, perfect wife, entrepreneur, mother, daughter and sister.
At the age of 31 my then husband was killed during an armed robbery. Left with two young children to raise and a ‘fear’ of making the wrong choices, not being good enough, not being successful enough, I literally felt paralysed by the enormity of this task.
It was my own journey to healing that started me on the path to working with others, and no I did not go willingly into this form of work, I resisted at every turn, I was fearful and questioned whether this was my calling. However, the Calling was so strong and the synchronicity so powerful… that the rest is history.
I now believe my destiny was always to inspire and empower women to become entrepreneurs, be true to themselves and honour their true desires, passion and creativity. My passion for this work is immeasurable. My admiration for the human spirit beyond words.
My Background
Experience
I began my journey in the year 2000 in the field of personal development, spiritual growth, and energy healing. Most recently I have qualified as a fully certified Master Trainer in the field of Energy Healing with the Energy Healers Organisation. I continue to explore and uncover limiting Beliefs, Perspectives and Patterns through Self-inquiry and Breakthrough training at every opportunity.
Energy Healing
I also hold numerous qualifications in the field of Energy Healing, including Reiki to Master & Trainer level; Egyptian Sekhem to Master & Trainer level; BodyTalk; Breakthrough; Mindscape; Theta Healing; Shamanic teachings; Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology; Spiritual Healing; Kahuna Massage also known as Lomi Lomi and various shamanic teachings used by Shamanic leaders in Hawaii.
Transformational Coaching
My qualifications include a Diploma in Life & Business Coaching accredited by the European Coaching Institute; Level 2 certificate in Counselling recognised by CPAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body); Neurolinguistic programming; and Belfast Respect Coaching for Professionals training.

I channel the forces of Soul Creation using Energy Healing, Transformational Coaching, Mentorship using Quantum Physics, Intuition, and Innate Wisdom Healing and Coaching to facilitate transformation for women looking to find their True Calling, Ultimate Balance and reclaim Living, Loving and Being True to Themselves.
