When I first explored Life Coaching, I believed it was about telling me what to do and what not to do.

My belief was that no-one could tell me what to do, this was a choice that was open for me,

It is my choice to lead or to follow.

Since I am introverted at heart, and open to hearing other points of view,

I believe that it is often thought that I do not have a strong opinion in general.

The truth is I love to learn, and I love to have deep and meaningful conversations with people,

I love my clients, friends and family, and do enjoy having discussions and learning more from people and my environment.

However, let me share with you,

I’m a bit of a rebel at heart,

I see myself as the black sheep, with Tiger stripes and one clawed paw,

I can strike out when required to,

Quite a picture that,

It is through the process of coaching that I have stepped

Out of the shadow, into my Tiger Spirit.

I am blessed to have discovered my essence through this process,

Coaching has you examine where you are at present,

Reflect on where you choose to be in the future,

And then you find the most aligned path forward to bridge that gap and achieve your goals and outcomes.

I believe you will find coaching one of the most effective methods.

I know it works through the evidence I experienced in my own life

There is a sense of empowered action and excitement, as you commit, show up, and transform your life.

In my experience when I connected to the oneness of my essence, I found the power,

The power that was always within, together with the inner wisdom and guidance, to manifest powerfully and instantaneously.

Yes this is possible, and yes I have personally experienced this.
