Vibration of Gratitude

Earlier in the week I shared a video regarding the vision I experienced around the word Gratitude,
Today I encourage you to experience the essence and vibration of the word Gratitude.
Close your eyes
take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
and again, repeat this breath for another 4 counts,
and then gently settle into the Heart space,
becoming aware of the feelings or emotions that are present in the Heart at this moment,
Breath deep into Heart space and release,
Focus on the word Gratitude,
focus on the vibration of the word Gratitude,
connect to the expansion, freedom and limitless creation felt through the heart.
hold and connect,
feeling the vibration for as long as is necessary for you,
when you are ready gently bring yourself back
to the present.
becoming aware of your body and your connection to earth.
Open your eyes.
