Rebel without a Cause
For weeks the words from Dylan Thomas’s poem
‘Do not go gently into that good night’ have been running
Through my mind:-
‘Rage, rage against the dying of the Light’
Anger reigns
Resistance reigns
Hostility meets hostility
Resistance meets resistance
Aggression meets aggression
Separation and Duality reign
Where are you resisting?
Where are you sabotaging your ‘Being’
Stop for a moment
Take a deep breath in
Allow the nurturing nature of oxygen
To fill the depths of your spirit
filling your lungs with Light
embracing all of who you are
release and let it out
And then – the Epiphany – the Sun breaks through
The message is
Everyone is doing the best they can
Step beyond the veil
There is Freedom
Be Present Now
Claim Joy
Find Love
